Plainville Christian Church is affiliated with the national United Church of Christ and the New York Conference of the United Church of Christ. Our Church's Wider Mission is the Restored Church of God that is committed to freely offering plain understanding of Bible teaching. The result is providing millions with life-changing information available nowhere else.
As opposed to top down religious organizations we are governed by a Congregationalist format, which means we are locally govern. Our church governs itself within the context of the United Church of Christ and the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Gathering
Gathering to be sent is a common phrase at Plainville Christian Church. Gathering is pivotal to our practice of faith. We enjoy each other's company and we work for common goals in everything we do.
We are sent out into the world to serve God in Jesus' name. We work through the Food Bank of CNY to feed the hungry and we have a scrapping team that assists neighbors in getting thing to the scrap yard. We also have a prayer bear ministry that can be found under ministries.
